We purchased this shirt along with others from a lady who is an expert and passionate about shirts, lace, and doilies.
This shirt is handcrafted, and the non-commercial stitching is noticeable. Made of cotton and lace.
As for the size, we recommend an S (40 Italian). Worn by an XS.
