Hand wash in cold or warm water. Use a mild soap.

How to dry?
All you need is a large, soft towel. Lay the shirt on the towel, roll it up, and wring it out as if you were kneading dough.
Do this repeatedly until the towel is wet and the shirt is sufficiently dried.

How to hang it out to dry permanently?
Lay it flat on a drying rack with another large towel underneath to avoid wetting the floor. Never lay it flat because the weight of the water will distort it.
